Q1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.
Q2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at pawfectspet@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Q3. How do I know my order was successful?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.

Q4. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2β5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Q5. What shipping options do you offer?
Β· Standard Air Shipping (6β10 business days): Available for Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.
Β· Truck Delivery (25β40 calendar days): For oversized items in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
Contact us if you wish to upgrade shipping for large items.
Q6. Do you ship internationally outside the Nordic countries?
Currently, we ship to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. If you're outside these countries, contact us β we might be able to help!

π Returns & Exchanges
Q7. Whatβs your return policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, clean, and in original packaging.
Q8. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, returns are not accepted for:
Β· Worn or washed pet clothing
Β· Used pet toys (bitten, chewed, etc.)
Q9. What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will replace or refund eligible items.
Q10. Who pays for return shipping?
Β· We cover the shipping cost if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Β· If returning for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer covers the return shipping fee.
