1. Processing Time

· All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two main shipping methods based on product size and destination:

✈️ Standard Air Shipping

· Shipping Method: Air freight

· Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 business days

· Available To: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway

· Applies To: Most regular-sized items such as pet clothes, toys, and accessories

🚚 Truck Delivery

· Shipping Method: Ground freight (truck)

· Estimated Delivery Time: 25–40 calendar days

· Available To: Sweden, Finland, and Denmark

· Applies To: Oversized items like cat trees and large pet furniture

· Note: If you'd like to upgrade to air shipping for large items, please contact us before shipment to arrange the upgrade and pay the additional fee.

3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway via air and ground services as listed above.
We are working on expanding our shipping regions in the near future — thank you for your support and patience!
