Thank you for shopping at Pawfect! We are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and enjoyable products for your pets. If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, with some exceptions listed below:
Returns & exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
· Pet clothing that has been worn or washed
· Pet toys that have been bitten, chewed, or clearly used
🔺 Important Health Notice:
We are unable to accept returns of used items due to the risk of potential cross-contamination or bacterial transmission between pets.
To protect all animals, any product that has been in contact with a pet cannot be resold.
Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with a product or receive a damaged item, please do not use it.
Instead, contact us immediately, and we will offer a suitable solution.
Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
· Product damaged during shipping
· Manufacturing defects or quality issues
· Wrong item shipped (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model)
Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there is a problem.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your case meets the criteria above, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at pawfectspet@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the issue.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility.
3. If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will:
· Issue a refund (via the original payment method), or
· Ship a replacement item free of charge (if you chose to exchange)
⚠️ Note: All returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and clean. We reserve the right to reject refunds for items that do not meet these requirements.
3. Shipping Costs
· If the return is due to product defects, damage in transit, or incorrect shipment, we will cover return shipping costs.
· If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
